Workshop Logistics

Workshop Location
The workshop will be held at the National Center for Atmospheric Research on October 27-29, 2008 in Boulder, Colorado.

Hotel
A block of rooms is reserved for the workshop participants at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder at the state government rate for October 26-30, 2008. We will provide transportation between the hotel and the NCAR Mesa Lab during the workshop. Cut-off date for the room block has been extended until October 10, 2008.

Invited speakers:
Flights
If you were flying from out of the U.S. , you must fly on a U.S. carrier in order for us to reimburse your ticket.

Ground Transportation
It was highly recommended that you use the shuttles and local transportation instead of private vehicles. We will not reimburse the cost of a rental vehicle.

Per Diem
If you were invited and have your cost covered you will receive a per diem and we do not need your receipts for meals.

Reimbursement
